Q: How soon can I receive my parcels?
A: After we receive your payment, we will process your order within 2 business days. (but if it happens to be public holidays, delays may be experienced.) When your parcel is shipped out, we will send an email of the delivery status to you.
a) Normally, it will take about 5-12 business days for EMS Delivery
b) 5-9 Business days for DHL express delivery
c) or take 20-30 days by registered airmail

Q:Do your products have stock on hand? When will you arrange the shipment after I placed orders?
A:We can guarantee 99.9% stock on hand, and normally ship orders within 1-2 days. Comparing to some other sellers, we have own factory,overseas warehouse and We have long-term and stable cooperation with our logistics companies. So we can arrange the parcel to ship sooner then our customers can feel confident to shop here and enjoy the swift shipping.

Q:Is it safe for me to use my credit card on your website?
A:We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover through our PayPal online payment processing gate way. Credit card holder without PayPal account can also pay through PayPal on our website by just entering a credit card number. You don't even need a PayPal account. Each transaction takes place in a secure environment (SSL), your card details will not be disclosed to us, it is submitted to PayPal. We are only informed of the confirmation that your transaction has been approved. PayPal are highly secure and has a permanent professional team to protect every transaction from fraud. 

Q:What's the minimum order amount on your website?
A:No Minimum Order. You can feel free to buy anything, even one item.

Q:It is ok to print my logo on led light products?
A:Yes,please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q:Can I have a sample order for led light?
A:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.But you need to contact our customer service staff here.

Q:How many people in your company?

Q: If I do not receive my parcel within your stated timeframe on your website, what should I do?
A: Just contact us, we will help you to find what happens. But hope you can understand that when your parcel is shipped out, we can not control its status/shipping time, sometimes China Post is also not able to provide more assistance, since it is a long journey from our city to yours. In most  the cases, we need to be more patient to wait more days. If we believe that your parcel is lost during delivery, we will ship out a replacement to you.

Q: If my parcels are damaged when I receive it, what should I do?
A: If your parcel shows damage on receipt, attempt to open it in the presence of the postman or at least bring it to his/her attention when signing for the item. And please feel free to contact us, if possible, please try to send the pictures of the damaged package or item, we will provide the best service to you.

Q: Do I need to pay tax for Customs Clearance?
A: We are experienced seller who will declare the value as low as possible to help lessen or avoid the taxes. We ship out thousands of parcels every day and have accumulated a lot of experience. Most of our customers needn't pay taxes for customs clearance. However, the taxes policy varies in different countries, we couldn't guarantee that you will surely not be charged taxes. Thanks for your understanding.

Q. What payment method do we accept?
A: We accept payal, credit card, bank transfer, western union .

Q. How do I cancel my order?
  If you have not paid your order, you may log into your account and simply click cancel button to cancel it directly; but if you have successfully ordered, you may need to email us  to cancel the order in the first time.

Q.How do I know my order status?
 There are three status of an order, which is processing, pending payment and canceled(complete). You may log into your account to check your order status.

Q. How do I return the unopened LED grow lights?
A.If the item is unopened or the light is still on the way, you may contact us firstly to have a full refund but we will not refund the original shipping cost, please kindly note that any freight collect is not accepted and customers should be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please remember to refuse to sign for the package once the product arrives at your door.

Q. If the item is opened and unused, can I return it to you?
A.If the light is opened but you did not use it, please re-pack well, and take pictures to show us that everything is in the same original condition as the one we shipped to you, and that there is no damage. You may return the light to our warehouse or our factory in China upon our confirmation. But you need to pay the shipping cost . We will then refund you the light cost when we get the returned light.

Q. What if my light was damaged when I received it?
 If you ever receive a damaged product, please do not open the box. Firstly, please make a dispute to the shipping company and tell them that light package was damaged during the shipping, then please take pictures of the package and email us. We will then further instruct you on how to proceed. If you have already opened the box, please do not use the light, contact us first. Thank you.

Q. What should I do if I cannot check out successfully?
A:You may feel free to contact us so that we may happily assist you in resolving your payment issues as soon as possible.

Q. What shipping methods do you use?
A:AU Post or Direct Freight for shipments within Australia, UPS and Fedex for shipments within United States, Yodel for the United Kingdom, etc. As to international shipping from China, the lights will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, DHL, EMS, etc. If you would like to specify a shipping method or carrier, please contact us via email at, and we will do our best to arrange it for you. However, please be advised that you may incur additional charges depending on your request.

Q.How do I track my package?
A:Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information. You may track your package on the shipping carrier’s official website.

Q.What is the effect of various spectra on light?
A:Red 650-660nm, 620-630nm---- the best spectrum for plant flowering and fruiting; red LED is the key for flowering plants.
Blue 430-440nm, 450-460nm ---- It is maximum peak points for vegetative growth and absorption; Help plants grow.
White LEDs ---- Full-spectrum / wide-Kelvin provide fill for all missing spectrums and add Lux.
UV 380 - 400 nm ---- Process of chlorophyll absorption begins. UV can help plants grow and kill insects. UV (ultraviolet) has the unique function of sterilization and kills phytopathogenic bacteria.
IR---- There is little absorption by Chlorophyll here, but Phytochrome use a nice portion. Flowering and germination is influenced. but it very harmful human beings, so I kindly suggest you use less IR in your grow lights, we add several piece IR LEDs in LED plant grow light.
