Here's a breakdown of our policy on returning items: Within a 15 day period since you physically received your light (in accordance with the tracking information provided with your order) we will accept your return.
1.If the problem is not related to quality or functionality (i.e. it won't turn on/off, has a defective bulb/wiring), all buyers will need to pay any return shipping costs from a direct shipping company (like UPS or FedEx) to our warehouse from your home.
2.If there is a quality-related issue with the products, please kindly send the feedback to us with product pictures within 15 days after you receive the goods. We will respond within 24 hours and give you a satisfying solution. You may choose partial refund or replacements.

We will responsible for returning goods or returning money due to the quality problem within 180 days since the date you receipt.For more than 180 days, no refund can be made.
UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE SOME CONDITIONS IN WHICH WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
-If the light has been used or shows signs of use and works as promised.
-If there is no proof that your plants could have died as a direct result of our lights.
-If our model is updated within the time that you purchase a product and the time you return it. Unfortunately we do not back-stock old items.
-If your model is broken (and it's your fault).
-If we've improved our item, and you wish to return yours, we cannot accept your return (typically the prices are higher).
