Q: How to adjust 3 colors of this led grow light?
A: On the backside of this led grow light, it has 2 buttons for growth stage and bloom stage. One button is for full blue and one button is for full red. When you turn both on, it turns full spectrum.
Q: How can I make sure that the power cable is suitable for using in my country?
A: All power cables are produced according to your country’s requirement. For example, if you choose the shipment from Germany warehouses, you will get the EU power cable. Of course, if you choose the shipment from China, the power cable will be shipped according to your country unless you have the other specific requirements. Please remark it in the order. Thank you.
Q: What distance should I hang the lamp on the surface of plant?
A: Different lamps have different hanging distance. For this lamp, we suggest you hang it to be 150cm(59inch)~200cm(70.8inch) over plants. Any questions, welcome to contact us to know more. We are in positive and fast to reply you.
Q: How many hours should this led grow light work per day?
A: 10-12hrs per day as recommendation. Different growth stages need the different illuminating time.
Q: If I want to observe the effect on plants, what should I pay attention to?
A: To avoid hurting your eyes, please don't watch the leds of lamp directly, because the light is much stronger than what our eyes can stand. You can wear our led grow glasses to observe the nature and protect your eyes.
